KRUPA’s continuing efforts in the rehabilitation of abandoned and sick street animals. KRUPA is the only institution which accepts sick animals for treatment and rehab.

Lets Live Together (LLT) Charitable trust was established in 2009 , with a vision to end animal suffering responsibly. So far, 4000 lives have been impacted with their utmost perseverance and hard work. We work with the community without a shelter. We strive to communicate effectively with people to ensure that every puppy that has found its way to Lets Live Together gets a good home and a loving family. What started as a project “Life on the street” by our founder-director is now an organization which aims to make the animals on the street live a better life. This project is a tribute to all the not-so-fortunate animals, who don’t make it, and who don’t find homes mainly because they were born (homeless) on the street.

Akhil Karnataka Prani Daya Sangh in Kormangala, Bangalore has been developed in an environment surrounded by large trees and currently houses over 1300+ cows, cattle, other animals, of the different species, and thousands of Pigeons. The purpose of the Gaushala is to rescue, protect and look after cows and other animals. Our Vedas say that Mātaraha sarvabhūtanām gāvaha, the cow is the mother of mothers since it has the ability to feed, provide and support humanity in many ways. The AKPDS Gaushala at Kormangala, Bangalore is at present made of 47 sheds: housing 1300+ cows and the other animals and 2 separate Sheds for storing fodder and 3 water tank of 5000 liter’s capacity each 3 Borwells and 1 Well for water requirements. An administration office to monitor the consumption of fodder, production of milk and carry out regular medical checks on the 1300+ cows and other animals.

Charlies Animal Rescue Centre – CARE is an animal shelter established in January 2013, with the aim of providing timely medical aid to injured and ill animals of the street in Bangalore city. No animal left behind is our motto. CARE is also home to many dogs, cats, rabbits, ducks, hens, pigs, guinea pigs, birds and terrapins. The inspiration behind the trust, is 15 year old Charlie, a differently abled, 3 legged Indian Dog who was an established figure in the field of canine therapy since 2005.

GPRS was founded in 2013 by 5 individuals committed to improving the condition of animals in South Goa, India. Our name in Sanskrit is Gomantak Pashu Rakshak Sanstha, which translates to Goa’s Animal Protectors. Our trustees have nearly 4 decades of combined hands-on experience working with animal welfare NGOs both in Goa and internationally, allowing them to efficiently and effectively ensure that only the highest quality of care is provided to each and every animal. At any one time, we have around 70 animals. Approximately 50 dogs stay with us permanently, and the rest are either recovering from surgery or under treatment. A sprawling 1,500 square metres, the sanctuary has designated areas for surgery and recovery, treatment, isolation, and permanent stay, ensuring that both temporary and permanent residents have adequate space to heal and live in comfort.

Our aim at Animal Shelter Agonda is to help sick animals and to give medical attention to injured and to mistreated animals. In addition, we will run a sterilization program to cut back on the growing population of cats and dogs. We operate feeding programs for beach dogs during the monsoon, with the assistance of some local people in Agonda. *Treating sick and injured animals, providing them with the best medical and follow up care. *Animal birth control (ABC program), facilitated by sterilizing and neutering dogs and cats.
 *Vaccinations against rabies are crucial as it secures public health and safety.
 *Adoptions and fostering of animals.
 *A monsoon feeding program for stray and beach dogs.


Our Animal Birth Control (ABC) programme is fundamental to our work in South Goa. It’s the most humane, sustainable and impactful way of reducing the roaming dog population and the conflict they face with the local community. We are dedicated to providing healthcare to animals with no one else to look after them. We are confronted by extremely advanced illnesses and injuries every day and we strive to help every animal in need.

AFA Goa is an NGO and a not for profit organization dedicated to helping the street animals of Goa through sterilization drives in collaboration with AWBI recognised NGOs. We also have a rescue service to support on-site medical care, transportation for admission of injured animals to medical facilities, in addition to in house fostering, and post op care for cats. We have been operating with our motto of always putting Animals First since 2021.
