The property is hidden inside Apple orchards and Deodar forests only a 2 minute walk from the Pulag road and your parking. Secluded, yet a 15 minute walk from the cafés & restaurants of Naggar, we offer a quiet retreat for travellers looking to live privately.

We have 6 rooms (in different categories) on 3 floors, 2 gardens with a large patio with a spectacular view of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. The interiors are inspired by my travels as well as the local culture and handicrafts.

We are super pet friendly, and also provide meals for your pets. Guided walks, hikes, rock climbing and other mountaineering related activities are offered by “Mountain Maniacs” an adventure outfit operated from the property itself.

The property at Koti, a tiny hamlet close to Chail and Shimla awaits those who love to go off the beaten path. Go for long treks through forested hills or walk through the village footpath which criss-crosses the vegetable farms and apple orchards leading to the village market.

The front lawn looks out at the rear of Chail Reserve Forest and overlooks the Sainj Valley. The gazebo is a perfect outdoor dining spot.

Other things to note
> The property is off the beaten path and the road is unmetalled for 1 kilometre. For those who have small cars and haven`t driven in the hills, we provide trained drivers at cost, who drive down your vehicles up to the property. But we need advance intimation from guests regarding this.
> Home-cooked vegetarian meals can be provided on order, otherwise self cooking option is there.

Oak Family cottage Cottage has two portion – upper and lower portion. The upper potion can accommodate 2-5 guests. Upper portion of cottage has one private room with double bed , living room having 3 beds, Bathroom and big balcony. Balcony having view of Dhouladar range of Himalayan range, forest and valley.

 Cottage has best views and best for family stay having enough space. Oak cottage is located at Camp Oak View.
