Toast Pasta Bar is chef Devika Manjrekar`s latest venture. Seeing the lack of authentic, handmade pasta in Mumbai is what pushed Manjrekar to set up this space, which aims to transport you to Italy as you sample a variety of rustic pastas and nibbles, and sip on wine and cocktails.  Signatures include smoked ricotta with gnocco fritto, tagliatelle with caramelised Madras onions and blue cheese, and pappardelle with six-hour braised oxtail ragu.
