Windsongs A Seaview Tropical Homestay is located in Sadamirya ( Ratnagiri), a village untouched by pollution, 6 km off Ratnagiri. The homestay is surrounded 3 sides by sea at the top of mountain giving 180 degree Panoramic seaview, all Cottages are facing south , so you can enjoy mesmerising Sunrise & Sunset from Your cottage. Mother nature has generously blessed this land with all the elements of a perfectly peaceful ambience.

Modi Resort is a green beautifully landscaped property. All accommodation is in the form of quaint cottage rooms, each with its own green area. The cottages are sprinkled on both sides of a central road

Complimentary cycles are available to cycle up and down. A huge trampoline for both children and adults can take you back in time. There are large grounds and lawns where one can play cricket, foot ball badminton,  all equipment is available at the front desk. We have a lovely walking track. An indoor games area has carrom, TT and board games . A 4` deep pool is ideal for a swimming or a game of pool volley ball . We are a vegetarian resort.

The resort is spread over 30 acres. There are lots of places for the pet to run around and explore. Pets are allowed in cottage rooms.

  A warm welcome to you & your pet to Modi`s Resort.
  Here are a few guidelines to ensure a happy & safe stay for all of you.
  1. Pets love the open lawns & the wooded area. The latter present a bouquet of smells! Do keep them on a leash when in common areas.
      2. The Swimming pool, trampoline & dining room are off limits for pets.  
3. In a situation where the pet will be accompanying you to a meal, a table can be set up in an alternate space on request & provided other guests do not object.
    4. In the bedrooms, pets can sleep on the floor . Avoid taking them on the bed.
  5. Newspaper is available at the front desk for scooping up the poop. The disposal bin for the same is placed near reception,
6. There are street dogs that venture into the property. Please be careful. We have our own two property pets Champa and Kalu , both of very sweet disposition
