Neemrana`s Three Waters, a lovely villa in south Goa, is all about its river, the sea, and a healing spring. It`s also about a pristine beach to which only the fisherfolk have access. A spacious 4 BHK villa inspired by Portuguese architecture combined with modern amenities & luxurious interiors, nestled between Assagaon & Anjuna – the two most upmarket locales of Goa. It`s a fully furnished home with an opulent kitchen designed to entice the `MasterChef` in you. Have your morning cuppa at the patio by your private. Also, live-in caretakers to ensure the villa is taken care of at all times.

Term & Condition
1. No dogs/cats on the bed, please bring their bed and ensure they sleep on it. If possible, avoid taking your pets to the bedrooms. Our own dogs are not allowed even inside the house. Caretaker can easily understand if they`ve been sleeping on beds/sofas, etc.
2. No pets allowed in the swimming pool, strictly.
3. Please don`t ask Caretaker to look after the pet.
4. Bring your pooper scooper and clean-up after them, in case there is any poo or pee in the villa premises.
5. There will be a one-time cleaning fee of rs.1500 as our we`ll need to bring profesional cleaners post check-out.
6. Bear in mind that there are other adult dogs on the property and there could be fights if they meet/clash.

There will be a refundable security deposit of ₹5000. This deposit may be partially or fully forfeited at the discretion of management for noncompliance to any of the above mentioned rules.
